WARNER ROBINS - The sinking of Navy Swift Boat PCF-19 off the coast of Vietnam and the death of the five sailors aboard, including a Warner Robins man, still occupies Jim Steffes' thoughts 37 years later.
While the government ruled the boat had gone down under friendly fire, Steffes, who was in another swift boat nearby, always doubted the findings.

," a new book published by Xlibris
